The proposal is to build, near the De La Concorde metro station in Laval, a structure of 141 apartments, on 13 floors and an underground parking. The ground floor houses 9 units and every other floor 11 units. The new building shows boldness by the colored touches of the recessed surfaces where there are balconies.
