The goal of the reorganisation of the Lakshore hospital pharmacy was to improve the internal function and optimize the existing space for the integration of new equipment and technologies. This reorganisation affected all offices and work stations, including the sterile and non-sterile stations, the different distribution stations, the reception area, the warehouses and the areas reserved for medications, and the adjacent corridors. The work was done in three phases so that the pharmacy operations could be maintained at all times.
