Founded in 1944, Hydro-Québec is a Quebec Crown corporation responsible for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity in the province.

Since spring 2022, HTA has been contracted to carry out specific projects. To ensure the longevity and growth of its real estate assets, Hydro-Québec entrusts the firm with a variety of mandates, including building condition surveys, preliminary and pre-project studies, refurbishments, renovations, modifications and expansions to existing buildings, and the construction of new buildings. Work is carried out in administrative and industrial buildings in various regions.
