For the complete reconstruction of the pool at ‘’Le Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne’’ we created a bright space, despite the lack of natural light. We put forward two key elements of the old building, the visible natural wood of the celling and the yellow seats on the mezzanine. The black walls surrounding the new pool are used to direct the attention to the water while the white and yellow elements, create an invigorating and inviting environment. The gradient incorporated into the ceramics animates the beach and can be seen from the mezzanine.
We executed a partial demolition in the locker rooms to renovate the shower area, the WC and all the lockers, while retaining the existing configuration. The black is prompted by opposition to the white, in continuity with the basin area.
