The layout of the new service center integrates the principle of user well-being regarding lighting, colors, and acoustic comfort. Flexibility and simplicity have guided the design: the ground floor houses the advisors' offices, and the space can be modulated using the glass partitions of the conference room for hosting activities. Natural materials and wood contribute to the warm atmosphere through a play of gray flecked wool acoustic panels on the walls and ceiling.

Multisectoral, the upper floor welcomes guests and partners in collaborative work areas and includes rest zones for staff. A semi-transparent partition, articulated on either side of the integrated furniture , ensures the coexistence of different uses. The basement is mostly dedicated to the archives, staff locker room, and a mechanical room.
